  Five stars is not enough to express how happy I am with Dynamic Dental and Dr. Andrade. My temporary crown fell off this morning halfway to Sacramento so when I got here I stopped at the drugstore and attempted a self fix. It bothered me all day and about 4:15 pm it fell off again. I called another office who labeled themselves Emergency Dentist but they could not see me. When I called Dynamic Dental and told them that I had tried the self fix and that I was in pain, they agreed to see me at the end of the day with almost no notice. I received compassionate service from all involved and excellent dental care. I love the quote "Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you". This summarizes my experience today. I live four hours away, this practice was not going to gain me as a patient and they knew it and they inconvenienced themselves and helped me anyway. Thanks is not enough!

  When I found Dynamic Dental I realized all my friends and family need to come here! Staff is so kind and friendly. The offices are so modern and beautiful. As a person that hates X-rays, they have a mini hand held machine to do quick and easy films. Had Botox shots in my jaw to relax my clenching and I love it. I have Delta Dental insurance and it's never a hassle to cover my bill. Next visit will be a porcelain crown and small cavity fix for $0. Book an appointment and you'll find yourself referring friends and family, too!

  Very welcoming office with knowledgeable dentists and helpful front desk assistants. Good atmosphere and very positive people. They even have Netflix, so you can watch a fun show while you wait. Pricing for basic services such as cleaning and filings is very reasonable, unlike the first dentist I went to which wanted close to $200 for a cleaning with insurance. So I highly recommend this office.

  After suffering for two days from an intense migraine and TMJ pain caused by clenching, I went to see Dr. Montalvo. She gave me a very thoughal exam and recommend Botox injections. Prior to our conversation I was unaware that Botox was used to treat TMJ pain. I have a custom bite splint, which is different from a night guard, and even that wasn't helping to stop me from clenching. I was admittedly desperate to stop the pain. I was apprehensive at the thought of injections but I reasoned that anything would be better than continuing to experience the suffering caused by my migraines.
  The Botox injections were painless, my flu shot hurt more. I did not notice any immediate changes. Within 10 minutes the injection sites on my face had returned to normal. One one looking at me would have any idea that I had an injection.
  I appreciated how gentle Dr. Montalvo was with me. She listened to all of my concerns and encouraged me to ask question, she even told me to call her if I had more questions. I appreciated the time she spent with me and how she made me feel important. The post-op instructions were easy enough to follow, no exercise or aspirin for the next few days.
  Later that night I noticed my jaw muscles hurt a little bit, that soreness continued for two days. All in all the discomfort from the injections was very slight. It has now been three days since I received the injections and I have noticed that I do not clench as tightly as before. Most importantly my migraine is gone! Dr. Montalvo shared that I wouldn't feel the full effects for two weeks and the treatment should last three months until I need another Botox injection. I am hopeful that the migraines won't return.
