As a fledgling company, we learned early on that meeting our customers’ expectations through the development of quality service, reasonable prices and on-time delivery would be the keys to our success. Over the years, we have forged strong bonds with our customers through mutual respect and exceeding their expectations.
In 2001, we reached a significant milestone in our history by renting our current facility and expending our operations to nearly triple that of our 1992 capacity. The expansion enabled us to add to the diversity of our product line and lead to the launch of our “Mortgage Loan Originating.”
As we continue our growth into the 21st Century, we do so with the knowledge and appreciation of our employees. Our mission statement is to be a big part in the success of all of our customers. We strive to provide whatever our customers need to achieve personal, family, or business success.

Absolutely love Charlie and Mrs. Gordon. I've been a client here for the past 5 years. I've always scheduled my appointments so the longest I've had to wait is 30 mins. Definitely worth the money.

Outstanding customer service! The owner Jackie Gordon is humble, personable, and is extremely professional. Charlie English is a gem and the best tax person on the planet. Laid back and friendly yet amazingly professional. I have come for many years. Upwards towards a decade. Never had any problems, no scandals, haven't been let down once. They're trustworthy, dependable, and will get you good money💰. I was initially referred and that person still uses them! Try them!

Anyone who understand the role of a tax preparer will know you can't be precise as to time issues. Just like at the medical institutions. I'm sure when your appointed time is honored you will not want it rushed or taken lightly. Great job team. I'm very pleased.

This is my 4th year and I love my tax Guy CHARLIE! He is fantastic! never an issue, but always busy. Make an appointment early, or be prepared to wait. Believe me, ITS WORTH IT!
