Derek was quick to respond and get us an apt. He worked around my kids running through the house picking their rooms. He was very thorough and detailed. He answered all my questions and explained the process. We would definitely recommend Derek to any of our friends. He is amazing.

I'm quite late in writing this review....you know how moving is, but I wanted to say that Derek was awesome! Not only is he very thorough, but he explains everything in detail, walks you through each point and gives you a report with lots of pictures. Extremely professional...friendly, polite, and punctual. I highly recommend him if you're in need of an inspection.
