    I love my workouts with Driven Fitness!! In the 6+ months I have been coming no two workouts have ever been the same and not only have I lost over 30lbs, I have gained muscle, strength, and overall fitness. Coach Erica and Mike really help you achieve your goals and motivate you to make new goals. Definitely recommend Driven Fitness!

    I'm hooked! As an "outdoor" guy, I was very nervous to show up for my first Stretchletics class. Erica's efficient and accommodating teaching style and the support from the other members had me feeling like a veteran after my first class! Stretch, TRX, what's next? Uh Oh! Am I becoming a "gym" guy?!

    ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I highly recommend this to anyone! Great workouts, great trainers, fun group of people to work out with. You will be hooked immediately! There is something about working out with a group of people that is motivational and keeps you pushing harder with every workout. Every workout is adjustable to your fitness level and specific needs. I joined with my dad and we both have seen significant improvements in muscle tone and strength. You won't be disappointed you joined nor will you regret it.

    Driven Fitness can be your answer for getting fit and able to enjoy an active lifestyle! I have both 1:1 private weekly sessions with Erica and enjoy a handful of group classes every month.

    The private sessions include quarterly 'weights and measures' and a review of my fitness goals. These keep my accountable and on track. Erica tailors our workouts to help achieve my goals and is the most creative trainer I've ever worked with. Going on vacation? No worries. She'll design a workout routine to take with you so you have no excuses for slacking. And she'll know if you do. ;).

    There's diversity in the group classes offered. My favorite is Stretchletics which blends yoga, strength and stretch moves to improve flexibility and overall fitness.
