  Arek responded to my email very quickly. He was out of town and helped me solve my problem remotely. He was patient with me, since I wasn't even sure how to explain my issue, and he analyzed and solved it perfectly and quickly. I was so pleased and so relieved. Exceeded my wildest expectations!

  Arek exceeded all of my expectations. He is very knowledgeable with all things Apple. He is a friendly guy, but he gets to the point of identifying exactly what your situation/problem is and then works on a viable solution. I have used other people in the past for the same issue, the difference is Arek listens very well and comes up with solutions that actually solve the problem. In my particular case, he spent a considerable amount of time setting up automator to improve my workflow requirements. I really do look at him as my Apple MD. With Arek, you will not be dealing with someone who learns as they go. He is very focused on delivering value to his clients.

  Arek was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, competent and was very patient even when walking me through some very basic concepts and training. Will defintiely use him again for "house calls".

  I recently had to set up an ergonomic office at home and there was a mix up with the furniture delivery. I had to re-arrange the time with Arek on the day of our appt and he was totally flexible and understanding. He did a great job and explained what he was doing. I feel well prepared and supported.
