Drake Cyclery is one of my favorite shops one of the main reasons being their size. They are a small shop and because of that they're really personal and helpful. They know all of their customers and are generally great people to work with.

The owner of the shop is passionate about everything bikes...clearly not in it for the money. This translates to a very welcoming ‘neighborhood bike shop’ feel when one is there. They are personable, über helpful and non-pretentious!

Joe there is very accommodating. He'll hook you up if you don't have a lot of money to spend. And when you do have a lot of money to spend, they'll give you great deals and throw in a few goodies The owner even delivered a bike to my house to test ride. Great rapport and trust with customers. Can't go wrong here- very highly recommend.
