  Drain Pro saved us!! They were available same day. Came earlier than what was quoted for timeframe. Drain Pro is SUPER reasonable on price compared to what we were quoted by other companies. Mike Jordon was the plumber who came out and he wasted no time and got busy. He did a very thorough cleaning of our sewer line. He showed us step by step everything he was doing. We watched the monitor as he scoped the line to make sure he got everything. He was very professional and personable. We will be using Drain Pro for all our plumbing needs!!

  My project to replace the water main from the meter to my house was very successful! The crew showed up at the promised time, started immediately and finished early. The city inspector passed the work the same day, and the trench was covered the next morning. The men were careful to avoid tracking any dirt in my home. The work area was cleaned up when they left, and the work was professionally done. I was offered a choice between "to code" work or an optional upgrade of 2" PVC sleeve over the pipe. I chose the sleeve as a reasonable cost increase for better protection against future soil penetration or digging. The lead plumber told me about a city-sponsored partial plumbing cost rebate program, which I was previously unaware of, thus saving me money on my next water bill. The crew decided to install a PEX line, which is state-of-the-art plumbing material, versatile and durable. After the job was finished, a small leak developed at the downstream end, which was quickly fixed, leading to a perfect installation. I am very happy with the process and the result.

  We had a leaking drain and a leaking faucet to match, and also a loose p-trap at a separate sink. When I called, they said they'd have a tech out within the hour, which worked out great for me, even though our situation was not an emergency. I admit that I have not had adequate time to assess the quality of the work, since I am writing the review shortly after the work was performed. But since the work, there are no more leaks. Michael, the tech, was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He also asked my opinion before officially working or changing anything. I did feel in the dark about the final bill, (after tightening pipes and reinstalling a utility sink faucet, and adding a pipe to prevent another pipe from falling off), but I was happy with the reasonable pricing compared to a different estimate from another company. The price difference was quite extreme, and I was happy about it. The work was much more minor than other folks had "estimated" over the phone and through pictures, which was a relief. They also accepted the Angie's List coupon deal; to which I always appreciate a good coupon and those who honor them...as I am very likely to return with my business.

  I would strongly recommend Drain Pro Plumbing! Raman is very knowledgeable and punctual. My underground downspout was clogged, and Raman did high water pressure for cleaning. Unfortunately one of my pipe is too old and properly broken somewhere. It cannot be unclogged unless an entire replacement. Raman then waved the full price for that pipe although he already did a lot of hard work. I really appreciate Raman's expertise, honesty and service! Absolute 5-star!
