I've been seeing Dr Chung for 6 years and have had thorough, compassionate care through two miscarriages and the birth of my daughter. Whether through impeccable memory (or clever use of customer relationship software) she and her office staff remember me, my family and much of history when I call or visit. They're very responsive and communicative for a busy sole practitioner's office. Susanne and Kim are always wonderful to work with. In multiple insurance changes over the years, my first priority is to confirm that she's an in-network provider so I don't have to see anyone else!
