I brought my dog in for an initial check up. Dr. Nancy Park made sure to be thorough and was very careful with my dog's disposition as he didn't like getting his eyes checked. She was calm and reassuring throughout the whole process.
She was also able to help me itemize my receipt for my insurance claim which was an absolute lifesaver. Be sure to email her ahead of time to make sure she knows in advance. She's very responsive to emails.
Most of all, I think the patient education with her is what makes the cost worth it! All my many questions were answered thoroughly and I felt secure in carrying out my dog's medical regiment afterward.
    I can't recommend her enough!

It was easy to schedule an appointment but more importantly Dr. Park's professionalism was exemplary. Our schnauzer almost overnite lost vision probably triggered by infection and inflammation and Dr Park confirmed that it was due to the rapid onset of a cataract. She exam was very gentle and thorough and the explanations of what to expect and what to do was reassuring despite the bad news. This contrasts starkly with another vet we consulted for the problem just a few days earlier. Dr. Park cannot be more genuinely interested in the "patient" and gave very clear follow-up instructions and a diet plan. We especially liked her integrative approach incorporating diet and Eastern medical philosophies and we look forward to the follow ups. We are lucky to have found you in town, so thank you Dr. Park !

I was referred to Dr. Park by our primary vet, who recommended I take my kitten to an ophthalmologist due to her leaky left eye.

These positive reviews do not lie.

Dr. Park is SO kind, friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and compassionate. She actually took the time to come out to the waiting room to let me know she'd be with me momentarily, which I thought was very thoughtful. ...

Dr. Park was also thoughtful enough to ask me how I'd like to receive the bill, in order that I might most easily be able to get a refund via my insurance company.

Dr. Park is clearly passionate about her work, and truly cares about her patients. She's warm and approachable, like an old friend, and today Amelia's chronically leaky eye is SO much better!

My little guy's eye was red and swollen. I came to Dr. Park the next day and she was amazing! Jax felt very comfortable around her. She was attentive, thorough and explained every step of the examination. I know we found an eye doctor for life. Highly recommended! By the way- two days later and his eye is so much better!

Dr. Park is amazing. She helped us through a very scary moment with incredible kindness and support and I am so, so grateful.
... She took her time with us and made us feel totally attended to. After all that care, Dr. Park followed up again via email with a summary of Tin Tin's test results. She's so thorough! I always keep the pups' medical records so I was glad she sent them to me for reference.
Tin Tin truly got the best care with Dr. Park, which is exactly what he deserves. We'll do a follow up appointment in one month to check the status of his eye as well as to learn more about natural eye therapies such as Chinese herbs and supplements that may help keep his eyes healthy and vision intact. I'm looking forward to that lesson.
