  Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful! We were given 3 recommendations by our dentist and his practice impressed us the most. Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Jones really takes time to explain the treatment and why it necessary - in the beginning and along the way. Our daughter is over a year into her braces and she never complains about going and it's because of how she is treated when she is there. Another thing I appreciate is that they run on time! A rarity with orthos! Finally, Dr. Jones office staff were very professional and consultative on explaining the costs and various payment options. Thanks for taking such good care of Soph!

  I am very pleased with the work Dr Jones has done on my 14 year old sons teeth. Dr Jones is meticulous and personable. He answers all of our questions and keeps up to date with his progress. His staff is always friendly and the wait is never too long. I highly recommend him and his staff.

  We've been part of this wonderful family for a little over 2 yrs. Dr.Jones and his staff have all been wonderful and mindful through the process. They always make you feel welcomed and comfy. Love how quick and knowledgeable they are. The office interior is very warm and cozy. The free coffee is amazing! Highly recommend Dr.Jones Orthodontist!!!!!

  Dr Jones and his staff are a great team to work with! My 16 year old son has been seeing Dr Jones for a little over a year. He is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining procedures and options. He is patient and encouraging when talking to my son about taking care of his teeth. The office is welcoming and his dental and administrative staff are a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

  I was referred by my dentist Dr. Michelle Radeka to have a consultation by Dr. Jones. I am 43 years old and had braces when I was a kid. Parking was convenient, the staff was friendly, and from my chair in his office I had great views. Dr. Jones was professional, attentive but most importantly honest. I went in thinking I needed major ortho work. However, Dr. Jones gave me his honest opinion of what my option were, one of his 2 options was not getting braces. I was extremely impressed with the time he took with me, as well as providing answers to my questions but more importantly his honesty. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jones to friends and family looking for an outstanding orthodontist in Chicago.
