  I cannot stop talking about the improvement I have experienced by seeing Dr John these last 2 1/2 weeks. I feel very blessed to have been referred to him by my LMT. I had already been dealing with my issues for a couple weeks, seen by my MD & others with some success but Dr John took time to really look at all of the issues, ran a lot of different tests & basically stayed with it so that I left his office on day one feeling better than I did when I arrived. We have continued the recommended treatments & all issues are getting better daily. He has many tools in his tool box of care, very educated & knowledgeable and a great sense of humor to keep it oh so not serious. For the first time in years, I truly feel like this is a doctor that will help me to stay as healthy as possible. Thank you Dr John.

  He is a fantastic doctor. Great sense of humor, compassionate, and understanding, and has an intuition about the body and health. Knows what will help your body and what does not, or else seeks to understand. If you need an adjustment or have neurology questions or medicine or diet, he is an excellent person to consult. Especially if you are skeptical of the prescriptive normative Western hegemony of the pharmaceutical companies with the health insurance companies and specialized doctors that treat based on short-term relief and chemicals, instead of on treatment, prevention, and natural medicines. His receptionist is wonderful too.

  Everything about this place is incredible! I looked up "Chiropractors near me" and, luckily, this office was only a short bus ride away. ... Brendan the secretary is the nicest person I think I have ever met! She is so ridiculously sweet and helpful and makes my day as soon as I walk in the door. And that is saying a lot, because the readjustments have me leaving feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. Dr. Helton has helped me so so so so so much--he even stayed with me past office hours to finish my initial appointment, and had me crying after my first adjustment because of how wonderful I felt. I can't thank these people enough and I will forever recommend Dr. Helton to everyone who needs him!

  I have been suffering from very bad migraines since 17 years of age. The kind of migraines that I had felt like my head was going to explode literally! My primary care doctor advised me to take Tylenol and my mother told me that she was suffering from migraines and those stopped when she turned 50 years old. I started seeing Dr. Helton after car accident and when I mentioned about my awful migraines, he wanted to help. He adjusted the base of my head and I went home. Day after day I was waiting for my migraine, because I doubted that adjustment will help, but I was wrong. It has been almost a month and I am free from migraines! I will forever be grateful to Dr. John Helton. Also he has been treating my neck and back and I am doing great!

  ... Dr. Helton and his staff are nothing but a blessing. After a short 2 weeks I feel significantly better. Dr. Helton is extremely skilled, knowledgable, and most importantly kind and caring. A true healer. I walk out of every appointment feeling like I've learned something new, and completely uplifted.
  Jillian, the masseuse is a master at her craft. She has a soothing presence and an intuitive touch.
  I am delighted that I have found Dr. Helton and his staff. There is no better place to go for your chiropractic needs.
