Dr. Chaet is sweet, caring, and very practical. My child has been seeing her since he was born, and I couldn't be happier with her and Altos Pediatrics and all of the pediatricians and Janice, the wonderful pediatric nurse practitioner.

Los Altos pediatricians is a group of excellent doctors. If your specific doctor is booked, any one of the other doctors will see your child. We have loved every one! Their nurses and front office people are knowledgeable and professional. They also have a nurses hotline, and a few hours open on Saturday's for urgent appointments! Which is great because my children only get sick on weekends. We could not be happier!

Ahh Altos Pediatrics. You know, I'm really gonna miss this place. I'm not a kid anymore so now I go to a new doctor and alas don't come here anymore. My doctor here was Dr. Chaet. She was great. She was very knowledgeable in the field of pediatrics and she explained things in a way that you could understand. What's more is that she got stuff done on time whether it meant getting back to you on blood test results or whatnot. The place, in general, is very nice. It's located in an odd area of Los Altos in that when you drive down the street, you first notice that it's a residential area and then all of a sudden you see a bunch of doctor's offices. But it's a nice area and their office is located right in front of a park, so you have a really nice view from the waiting room. I have lots of good memories from this place and I'm really gonna miss going here. Stay classy, guys!

I love this place. Rita at the front desk always greets you with a smile and is super friendly. ...

Doctors - They are great and were very accommodating during the holidays as well. (We saw them 2 days in a row and the following Monday) My baby saw a few different Drs and they were great in calling us at home to tell us our baby's test results that same day. I like Dr. Chaet & Dr. Babcock.

I like how the newborns are seen during the Doctor's lunchtime. So far no complaints.

Note: Sometimes the office has samples of baby lotion and sunblock and reading materials by the entrance way across from the reception desk.
