I made a booking on their website, which was super easy, and had a cleaning crew show up at my place the next day. They did an excellent job, even by my high standards. Downtown Maid in Miami is the best cleaning service I’ve ever came across. I was looking for a cleaning company that uses eco-friendly products with no harsh chemicals, and Downtown Maid delivered in all fronts. The cleaning team was on time, provided a thorough cleaning that left no sticky residue in my home, only the cleanest clean possible. I just moved into Miami’s Brickell neighborhood and was looking for a cleaning company that does a quick and reliable job, is on time and leaves no chemical smell in my home. When I found Downtown Maid, I thought it would be like any other cleaning company, but actually they did a really good job dealing with my clutter, had no problem with my dog and even left a piece of chocolate as an appreciation for my business - on top of making my place really really clean! I mean who does that??? I will surely be using then in the future!
