  Louis really came through for us on our wedding day. After our original florist canceled on us due to health reasons, we started searching for a replacement florist for our wedding in April. My father-in-law came across Downtown Flowers and was impressed by their excellent reviews. ... He always kept me updated on his progress and was good about asking for my feedback on his work. When I walked into Rusty Pelican on April 8th, I was floored by how perfect the ballroom looked. Louis truly brought my vision to life. Thank you for everything!

  There is only one place to go for flowers in Miami and this is the spot. I have now used them multiple times and the results are always great. Seriously, ask for Louis and you will be very happy.

  Amazing florist! Luis was incredibly helpful. The flowers delivered were delicate, vibrant and beautiful and made someone's day extra special. Delivery was impressively fast. He took care of me and my order as if it was gold. Excellent service on last minute request.

  Even though the original delivery date was missed (due to a door man who would not accept the delivery while the resident was out) I feel the service received through this florist is exceptional. When the original delivery date was missed Louis, the owner, personally contacted me to apologize and inquire how I would prefer to proceed. When I said I would like them to be delivered as soon as possible he promised me he would personally see to it.
  The delivery was gorgeous and the recipient was over the moon.
