Downtown Dog

Pet Groomer

Downtown Dog is a social doggie daycare and boarding facility just blocks from downtown Dallas, but to the pups who come here it’s a world all its own. Opened in 2007 this tree-lined city block is filled with an acre and a half of yards to romp in, pools to splash in, and all the pack time and play time every dog needs. There are 10 outdoor play yards and more than 11, 000 square feet of indoor play space. To make sure the fun doesn’t stop our experienced handlers are trained to let the pups play while making sure they stay safe and healthy. While getting rave reviews from pleased clients is satisfying, it pales in comparison to the excited, glad-to-be-here happiness we see every time a pup comes through our doors. Read more

Just an update that 4 years later , I'm just as pleased with Downtown Dog and so is my pup. Sure , they have their quirks but overall, I've only ever had the best experiences.

After Gwen, the owner, contacted us to resolve the situation they have gone above and beyond to assure our dog's safety including additional team training and protocol. I feel confident that this was an isolated incident and will continue to use Downtown Dog due to Gwen's hospitality. ...

So I have this dog... he's more a roommate than an animal I own. He's coming up on 11 and we are apprehensive about leaving him anywhere, ever. But inevitably occasions arise where we have to put him with someone other than family. Downtown dog is now family to us and any anxiety about leaving him is considerably relieved by their professional, thoughtful approach to care that we experienced. ...
