Came in on a Friday morning around 8:30am. Was warmly greeted and attended to! Went in for a quick tire repair. The service was great, quick and fairly priced. Found Downtown Auto Care via yelp when I was actually looking for a Pep Boys. Glad I ditched the chain and went with a local business.

After two months of pretending like it was not a problem, I came into Downtown Auto Care for an oil change. I dropped off my car with Omid, and everything was taken care of in two hours.

Omid did a great job of explaining everything to me about the importance of oil changes on German cars and even went the extra mile to rub out a scuff mark I got driving in a Culver City parking structure (fail). I'll definitely be back in the next 10,000 miles! -

Had an amazingly smooth experience with Nader and his shop. I drove my car in with gas leaking out of it, he immediately inspected it and told me he'd contact me once an official inspection was done. He proceeded to text me not too long later with the issue and a price estimate BEFORE handling the repair. I said go ahead and he gave me an estimated finish time. The car was finished earlier than expected (great!) and he told me honestly and openly what went wrong and what he did.
