  The guys at Double Dex are experts! they were able to upgrade my computer over night and transfer all the data from the old drive for pennies on the dollar anywhere else! I have a computer that works better than new MacBooks for less than a sixth of the price. I will refer all my friends to this place to get work done on their computer. it runs like new!

  I have had my Macbook Pro that I ordered from Double Dex for over 3 months now and it has been working so smoothly. I have had some issues with the first laptop they sent me but their customer service was so friendly and caring and they got it taken care of right away. Thank you guys! You were truly helpful. It's hard to come across a good Mac nowadays without stumbling into loads of dongles. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Keep up the awesome work.

  Oh buddy, let me tell you about the fanflippintastic company that is Double Dex. They have incredible deals on super solid machines. They also have customer service like no other. Got my first apple computer from them. ... Even though that laptop was the bees knees, I wanted something more. So I sold it back to double dex and got that cream of the crop laptop. A 2014 15" MacBook Pro with Retina display,16gb of RAM, 2.5Ghz core i7 processor, 1gb video ram. its sleek, beautiful, and a powerhouse, it goes above and beyond my wants and needs in a computer. 11/10 would buy again.

  EXTREMELY please with my entire experience. I had only one minor issue and they took care of it ASAP with NO issue! Customer service as it should be! When I called, I got an immediate answer and it was clear they wanted me to be 100% happy. They told me to send the mac back at their expense and they will get another one out to me right away. I got the new mac book and I couldn't be happier! BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!

  Words do not describe how impressed I am with the service that we have received from Double Dex. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that our issue with a lost package was resolved. Jeff, in particular, was extremely friendly and did everything he could to comfort us about our lost MacBook. I will DEFINITELY be returning to use Double Dex in the future.
