We have two retail store locations, to serve your needs in Dallas and Flower Mound; both fully stocked with chemicals, maintenance items, equipment, toys, floats and games, and a complete parts department.
We have available the Jacuzzi and Sundance brands of Hot Tubs. Our service department stands ready to help with your mechanical/ equipment repair needs, regular weekly, one time or vacation cleaning services. Our qualified team can remodel your pool, repair missing tiles and coping stones or even perform leak detection and water loss services. Scheduling staff was friendly and efficient. Mark was fantastic, and explained the problem, what his recommendation was, and what he ended up doing. After having a bad experience with another service company, I appreciated that he didn't simply go for the easy fix of replacing a circuit board (which probably would have fixed the problem, but would have obviously been much more expensive) but came up with a totally satisfying solution at a very reasonable cost.

I called several repair people who came out charged me and the VERY next day I still had the same problem x 5 years! Dolphin was highly recommend by a neighbor, so I called them. I AM SO HAPPY I DID! The man came out on time--I explained to him what my problem was and what I wanted and BOOM in about 45 minutes he found and fixed the problem and then showed me what the problem was. I have NOT had a problem with my Thermospa Hot Tub since! She is purring like a kitten!
