Thanks to the District Locksmith technician who came to help me get into my apartment. He came and helped me get back in within a few minutes and did not even have to damage the lock. He was very polite and explained the process very clearly.

Excellent service. I locked myself out and they arrived quickly. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and I thought the cost was reasonable. Since my lock had to be removed, the locksmith suggested that I switch out the handle lock to a standard no-lock knob and to use only the deadbolt so as to prevent future lock-outs. He was able to do that and re-key my deadbolt in a very short time. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again, although I hope I won't have to!
