  I have been shopping with Charlie for almost 30 years. He is consistently ahead of trends and at the forefront of men's fashion. Belvest or custom tailored, no one comes close to the care, attention and personal accountability offered by Charlie and his staff. I've been around the world and now live 1000 miles away and I still shop at Distante. This is much more than a men's clothing store.

  I took my Raf Simons coat to have the zipper replaced, a repair that other places turned down. I met with Charlie, who's very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended using a double zipper so that the jacket can be unzipped from the bottom when sitting to prevent the zipper from tearing due to stress--which is exactly what had happened to the original single zipper. The repair took about 10 days and I am pleased with the result. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Distante--and Charlie--to anyone looking for impeccable service and quality work.

  All I can say is, wow. Charlie and his team are truly fabulous. I brought in a few items to be altered, and received an honest answer about what to expect. You can really tell that the folks at Distante really care about quality of the finished product. With such outstanding customer service, and a commitment to honesty, it is no wonder that Charlie has been in business for as long as he has.

  Great customer service, wonderful selection. Marcos and company really were supportive during the whole process. The finished product looked amazing in the wedding pictures.
