I bought the dress for my October 28, 2017 wedding from Dimitras Bridal. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted as I had been looking online for a while and fell for the brand Pronovias. I wrote Dimitras Bridal in advance with a list of the dresses from Pronovias I was interested in since I live out of town and was travelling 6 hours for the appointment. ... Literally nothing needed to be altered. The fit was perfect. After I kindly asked, they had the dress pressed over an hour and ready for me to take home the same day. Just saving me 1-2 extra trips out of town the weeks before the wedding was enough for me to pay that price. I got so many compliments on that dress, I cannot tell you enough how great the fit was. I got an amazing dress, it fit perfectly, and it was done on time and in just 2 trials. Highly recommend.

Tina and her staff are a pleasure to work with. They make their bride feel exceptionally special. They're friendly, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend them if you want a couture gown like no other!

I didn't end up finding my dress at Dimitra's, but I still had to write a review. I had the pleasure of working with Marissa when I went in for my appointment and she is the most amazing sales associate i've ever worked with. She respected my budget, style and there was no pressure involved at all. I felt so comfortable with her and it was just overall such a fantastic experience. The store in general has a really amazing dress selection. Just be sure to ask for Marissa if you go and you won't regret it!

We purchased my daughter's wedding dress at Dimitra's and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. From our first appointment to the day we picked up the dress we were treated the most important customers that ever walked in the door. Our budget was respected and we had a huge selection. My mom and I spent three full days in Chicago with the mission of finding THE dress for my destination beach wedding. ... The ambiance, cleanliness and consultation was like none I've experienced before. Mendy was my stylist and consultant. She kept me in my budget and didn't pressure me to go above and beyond (even though I did). She was real, charismatic, professional, honest, and truly one of a kind. I highly suggest Dimitras as a stop for your bridal needs. My mom and I will be talking about our experience with Mendy for years to come.
