I wish I lived in NYC because I would be at this studio every day! This experience was so profound for me on many levels; my sense of gratitude for Sri Dharma Mittra bringing these teachings to such a broad audience is beyond words. The energy of everyone I met was of kindness, compassion, love and light. Thank you, thank you!

Amazing place, amazing people and of course caring and funny master Sri Dharma. I started practicing at this studio while i was struggling to find the decent yoga studio in the city. Fortunately, i found this, and i come back again and again. Friendly staffs, clean and spacious studio. Beside Dharma, there are Pam, Jerome, Yoshio, Andrew who are very great. They have deep knowledge about Yoga and the Body, the Mind.

To love one another with all your heart. To know that everything is perfect. So honored to have had the opportunity to learn from such a wonderful being, Sri...

What followed was an extremely intense and thrilling set of 10 days, that significantly deepened my understanding of yoga and took my asana practice to the next level. ...
