Finally checked this place out after putting it off for the longest time. As a person who's been to quite a few estheticians and knows exactly what she wants out of a facial, Shanelle went above and beyond my expectations. It's been almost a week since my (Repair) facial and my skin still looks amazing, AH-MA-ZING! This is my new go-to in Houston and I don't usually leave reviews but she seriously deserves it!

Shanelle was incredibly kind and professional and knowledgeable. She told me everything that was going to take place and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated her candidness about extractions. I was really intimidated about extractions, but she explained the process to me fully.
The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. My favorite part was just getting my face steamed. My face felt incredibly soft afterwards which was amazing. Yes, facials are a luxury; however, I fully intend on adopting them into my self-care routine. -

Shannelle was amazing! I've never had a facial before because of fear that my skin would have an adverse reaction but this was a great choice! I had a gift certificate to use but I'll definitely stay with them and try to make this a routine to fit it!
