I'm a Realtor with DFW Urban Realty, LLC. I've known Keti for about 6 or 7 years now and she has staged 3 of my client's homes. Each home yielded the max sale price and even over what other homes were selling for in their neighborhoods. I do have to preface that as an agent I am hands on making sure the home is in immaculate shape including paint. and anything that needs repair for esthetics. ... She suggested painting the entire fence a darker slate gray black which toned down the red brick and pulled out the black bricks making it sleek , uniform and pulled it all together. It was gorgeous! Her furnishings and expertice for furniture and accessory placement is stunning. I am a real estate agent, and I've referred Keti Abazi to several of my listing clients in the last 18 months. In those instances where my clients have trusted Keti to direct them in spending some of their money on staging, the results have been spectacular. They have sold their homes for substantially higher prices, and they have sold them more quickly. Most recently, I believe one of my clients sold his house for tens of thousands of dollars of extra profit (over and above the expense of staging) by allowing Keti to handle his staging.
