The staff and doctor are always kind and helpful. I appreciate assistance when I pick out glasses. They are honest if the frames don't suit you.

The front office gals were sweet as pie and very helpful. Dr. Meyer worked with me to find the correct contact prescription even though it took me a few tries. They answered my many questions and were flexible with my work schedule. I have nothing negative to say about this place, definitely coming back for my next eye exam!

... They took my daughter back first and they treated her like a princess. Regina explained the process and just made her feel comfortable. Dr. Tami Lang was amazing, talking to her thru out the appointment. My daughter walked out smiling. Next it was my turn and again Regina and Dr. Tami Lang were amazing. I saw Dr. Lang recently and she was SO pleasant and friendly. I've been wearing glasses for years and years and my annual exam is nothing special. When we moved back to Phoenix I found this location close to my house and was very happy with it. Dr. Lang took the time to carefully explain "why" I had the issues I have and didn't rush at all. I don't remember the assistant's name who helped me with my glasses and transaction, but she was also very friendly. They reminded me to just walk in for any adjustments and carefully explained my warrantee. I would definitely recommend this practice.
