The absolute best car service I've ever used, and I've used car services 100's of times.Very professional, courteous drivers, they even utilized shortcuts to avoid traffic. The cars were the cleanest, newest nicest cars from any service I've used. very highly recommend!! They've got me and my family future business for certain!

These folks are truly the best. they will have me and my family's future business. the cars are brand new and very high end. we were picked up in a BMW and an escalade a 2nd time. and they're very reasonably priced as well!.. other companies don't compare to these guys.

The absolute best. Ive used many car services over the years, deluxe chicago limo is by far the best experience, very punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and the cars are top notch... AND their prices are lower than other companies, they were too cheap in my opinion! i don't always take the time to leave a good review unless I'm very impressed, and thats the case here. HIGHLY recommend!

Professional, very well run and organized. We used Deluxe for the first time last week and the communications were excellent. The car was there right on time, and was spotless! Our driver was friendly and polite. I will definitely use them again.

Eric has been a FANTASTIC driver. He has gone above and beyond to make certain that I am properly accommodated. His vehicles are top notch, and the overall experience is wonderful. I used to be a loyal customer for Blacklane until I was met consistently with poor customer service, and vehicles that were very much sub-par.
