We just moved to the area and needless to say in my daughter's 6 months of her young life this is her 3rd pediatrician. BUT, I utterly enjoyed her visit and totally loved the office!! The wait was not long, the doctor was very knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure my husband and I were informed and ALL of our questions were answered. The rooms were clean and everyone who we came in contact with was polite, caring, and professional. We feel extremely comfortable with the care our daughter will continue to receive at Dekalb Pediatric Center!

We drive all the way from Mcdonough (Ola/Lake Downtown area) just to see Dr. Pollack! She is fantastic with all 3 of my boys. My oldest son is autistc and hasee difficulty tasking especially with strangers. She takes time with him until he is comfortable. From a mother's view, I don't feel rushed or not heard. She listens to all my concerns and helps find the best solution.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and my daughter loves it there. The receptionist, however, is a different story. She is rude, unprofessional, literally a walking stereotype. Besides this, I love this place.

We've been happy with this practice for 10 years now -- we like some doctors better than others but have never had a poor experience. It is a busy practice close to Dekalb Medical -- I do think that folks expecting a "boutique" experience (or more hand holding) will not get that with this practice -- but one of the advantages of having multiple doctors on staff is that you can easily get a second or third opinion when your kiddo may or may not need a stitch (we had this exact experience). They are very rarely behind schedule and work in same day sick appointments seamlessly. Dr's Pollock, Kolesky, Marcus and Godfey-Kittle (the only male) are our our favorites for yearly physicals. ...

We have taken both of our kids there since they were born going back to 2005. We have always received very good service there. Frankly shocked at all these negative reviews. I wanted to give a positive review from someone that has been going there for over 11 Years.
