Our carpet had not been cleaned for a long time. Deep Eddy got it clean and looking like new. We had some pet stains from an elderly dog and those were gone. They worked until the carpet was clean, going over our stairs 3 times. Plus, they finished before the estimated time. Freddy was the lead and was most professional.

Highly recommended rug cleaners! Took my vintage wool flokati rug to get cleaned, budgeting about $200 to ensure it was well done, and it ended up costing only $80! PLUS they had a super quick turnaround - had it done within 3 days so I could have it back in time for a party I was hosting!

Left there feeling really accommodated and appreciated. They really strive to make sure you're satisfied - just one of many reasons why I prefer local businesses like this (they've been in the local business scene for 35 years!). Give your money to the good guys and go with Deep Eddy's! -

I had Deep Eddy clean my favorite Oriental rug and I am more than pleased..... I am amazed at the results! The rug turned out better than I could have imagined! This was not an easy job as the dog had left a big urine stain and I thought that was it for the rug. I had no faith anyone could clean it after an experience that wasn't so positive with another Austin rug cleaner a couple of years ago. I was wrong... I have another rug ready to take to them for a routine cleaning. Thanks Deep Eddy for a great job!!! Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend Deep Eddy for cleaning rugs and doing repair work. I have a nice wool rug with some major damage on the edges. They did an excellent job repairing and cleaning it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had the rugs done before the date they had told me they'd be ready. Both of the rugs look brand new and don't have any chemical smell from the cleaning process. Their prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning with more rugs that need cleaning.
