Dr. Deena Tajran is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and OB/GYN. This helps her take care of the women’s body as a whole entity and gives her the ability to deal with the medical problems during pregnancy and/or gynecological conditions.

Dr. Tajran graduated from the University of Baghdad School of Medicine and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at KMC/UCLA. Her love for surgery leads her to another residency training in OB/GYN at KMC/UCLA. Dr. Tajran received numerous awards, such as the “ Outstanding Resident Teaching Award”, the AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists” award, and was repeatedly elected as the “Resident of the Year”.

Dr. Tajran provides obstetric and gynecologic care. She has a special interest in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery including the da Vinci Robotic surgery, Adolescent Gynecology and Menopausal Medicine. Read more

    Dr. Tajran really knows what she is doing and I love her for that. Honestly, if it was for her diagnosis and her medical judgement, I probably would've had a preterm delivery.
    But she always seems to be in a such a rush it's hard to ask her questions - in and out of the room but it's understandable bc she's got other patients as well..

    I highly would recommend Dr Tajran as an OB and pregnancy, especially for high risk pregnancies.

    My wife comes here for her appointments to see Dr.Tajren.

    My daughter was delivered by Dr. Tajren and now with our upcoming second baby, my wife is still with Dr. Tajren.

    Every time we come visit, Dr. Tajren is a pleasant person to see at my wife's appointments. She is fast and knowledgeable making the appointments quick and timely.

    I would recommend this office to all pregnant mothers looking for a great doctor and nice staff.
