Saved me when I needed emergency repair for a rollup door of a parking lot in Columbia Heights. One of our locations store front door did not close, and when other contractors didn't even answer my calls, DC gates experts showed up and closed the roll down door for us. They were everything I was hoping for. Professional, courteous, and punctual. They showed up in a timely manner. They gave an accurate estimate for the damages of our gate. They were able to start repairing as soon as my husband and I gave the "OK." The repair went smoothly. Our gate is fully operational again! Thank you for coming out on short notice and providing such a spectacular service!

Francis is the man! Literally the best person who will do everything in his power to work with you. The office gate looks like it got hit by a car over the Fourth of July weekend and we were short on time. D.C. Gates was the first and only call we made. They were able to come out quickly with an estimate and finished the work to the gate quicker then expected. ...
Call them, use them, they are the true definition of a real business doing real things and not just looking at turnover like these corporate devils.
