  I have a very good opinion of Dr. MacGregor. I didn't need to see him for anything major...just a few red spots on my face but he gave me his full attention, answered my questions, and alleviated my skin concerns. I was so satisfied with the first visit that I decided to schedule a second appointment...this time for an IPL treatment.
  
  Days after the IPL treatment I had follow-up questions about my skin's reaction to the procedure and called the office and left a message with my concerns. I was impressed by the efficiency with which an office staff person (Jen) returned my phone call and doubly happy to receive a personal call-back from Dr MacGregor himself, who responded to my situation thoroughly and thoughtfully. ...

  I love Dr. MacGregor for several reasons: (1) He has an excellent online patient portal where you can fill out paperwork, send messages, set up appointments, get test results, etc. (2) His staff is very fast and efficient. (3) Dr. MacGregor was very good and very thorough. He answered all my questions so that I could understand them and gave me some meds that have made a HUGE improvement in my skin condition -- something my regular doctor was not able to help with. His staff gave me a follow up appointment that fit my schedule which I always appreciate. His clinic is busy, but runs smoothly and quickly thanks to everyone who works there. Dr. MacGregor is a really nice too -- always very pleasant, caring and responsive. I wish I could use him as my regular doctor!

  Dr. MacGregor is the best. Over the last 7 years, he keeps exceeding my expectations. Recently, I had another "dermo emergency" and was accommodated last minute by the front desk. I got my bu-- there in 20 mins and was in the exam room in less than 10 mins (but there are plenty of People magazines and other stuff to take your mind off the wait along with free wi-fi). ...
  
  Unlike other dermo's, he's never pushed skin care products on me (I HATE that).
  
  If you really need a dermatologist, I think he's the best in San Francisco (and I went through quite a few to find him). Front desk is always courteous and efficient with me.

  A life saver. Literally, a life saver. Caught what could have become a dangerous melanoma early and saved my life. Excellent diagnostic skills, good sense of humor and "bedside manner", a desire to make sure you get your questions answered in terms you understand, and responsive service from his team. The patient portal is a helpful and convenient way for people like me who don't have the time during work hours to call the office. Highly recommended

  Outstanding is the word I would use to describe Dr.Mac Gregor. After years of medication I was referred to Dr.Mac Gregor to see if he could help with the loss of fat in my face (Lipodystrophy & Wasting). It got to a point I would avoid being in photographs. From the moment I went through the process of making an appointment to meeting the Doctor my hopes were high. I must add, of the doctors assistant, she couldn't have been more gentle and encouraging.and of his billing department, she kept me in the loop with the challenges of my insurance. No promises can be made but i have no doubt she is fighting for me. I feel like I have a whole team working for me. I can not put into words the joy of the results! I am big on Selfie's now!
