Darren is unbelievable; he said he could come later in the day that I called and he arrived just as promised; he replaced 2 locks and realigned the door. Neat, friendly, professional and competent plus reasonable what more could a consumer want!

We had just bought a house and the key to our new home got jammed and later broke in the lock. I called Darren after hours and he answered right away he told me he would call me as soon as he was done another job. He called me as soon as he was finished and got to our house in 20 minutes. He had the lock picked right away, fixed the locking mechanism and rekeyed the door all within an hour (at 9pm).
