  Dr. Bonnevie and Kerri are a wonderful team at Tonawanda Pediatrics. My daughter has been seeing Kerri since she was 4 days old. Kerri is a certified lactation consultant and is willing to spend as much time as possible helping new moms. I have used their online portal to email non-emergency questions and I always get responses from Dr. Bonnevie within a few hours on business days. The office has early morning walk-in hours for sick patients and evening hours for scheduled appointments. Dr. Bonnevie and Kerri are both easy going and don't intimidate new parents who have tons of questions. Their office is also very nice and there is a separate waiting area for infants. I have never waited more than 5min in the waiting room whether it was for a sick or well visit.
