I took my first Nia class and absolutely loved it! Margie is a wonderful teacher, and even with my two left feet I had so much fun. And it was a great workout!

I took my first Nia class ever and loved it. I feel more in touch with myself than I have in a very long time. While I'm out of shape, i was able to set my own pace and move as my body wanted and needed to.

The Saturday am belly dancing class is the reward at the end of my week! There are dancers and dance nots in the group, all having a great and joyful time under flattering lights with jingly belts available that confirm you've got it going on even when you can't locate the muscles that get it going! A warm and friendly atmosphere where everybody will learn your name.

I love Dancing the Soul. It lives up to its name - it offers something for your soul, no matter who you are. So far I have only attended CommuniDance, a donation-based free-form dance class that meets twice a month, but nonetheless I love this studio. They also offer many different workshops each month. Dancing the Soul is about exercise and wellbeing, but more importantly, it's also about community.
