I happen to not love hot yoga, and only do yoga itself a few times a year... and I'm still giving this five stars.

The people here are the kindest, most welcoming I have ever met in my entire life. They aren't creepy or intrusive, but are just so welcoming and thoughtful. I feel so awkward showing up to studios not knowing what to expect or do, and that was all absolved at Dancing Dogs. ... -

Great space, great sequence, great energy, and overall empowering! If you're in midtown, definitely take a class. Love the hands-on assists.

Atlanta is so lucky to have this incredible community in its backyard! From the warm greeting upon entrance to the truthful connection between teacher and yogi, this studio is unmatched. Owner Shelley has really created something special and I would highly recommend you check it out for yourself! A healthy balance of power flow yoga and self-inquiry leaves me feeling blissed out for my whole day.
