Atlanta is so lucky to have this incredible community in its backyard! From the warm greeting upon entrance to the truthful connection between teacher and yogi, this studio is unmatched. Owner Shelley has really created something special and I would highly recommend you check it out for yourself! I started practicing yoga back in 2010 while training for a marathon and that's when I found DDY. I can honestly say I never would have made it through that rigorous training without Shelley and the entire DDY clan. At that time, I was living in small town in South Carolina so to have access to such a powerful studio like DDY was a godsend. I currently live in Charlotte but while on a weekend in Atlanta, I randomly stumbled across DDY again!
