  Will use for ANY future repair!
  Our repair tech, Zeus, was amazing! He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. He cleaned up after everything he did and the repair job is amazing. Thank you so much for saving us the hassle of having to replace the entire room of carpet and major expense. This was extremely affordable & worth doing. Customer Svc was excellent in both making the appt and going through everything. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate you all!

  My berber carpet was very damaged from having three dogs, but I'm not in a position to tear it out and replace it yet. I found this company online, and submitted an inquiry on their web site. Ed, the owner, called me back right away and spent about 15 minutes answering my questions. I had asked him if they could come an earlier than our appointment, and it turns out they could. The person (sorry I forgot this name) called to give me the option the day of to come out early, which I gladly accepted. He was prompt and on time, and super polite and professional. He explained to me what to expect, and was done within about an hour. I never thought this old carpet could look so good! I will never use anyone else for my flooring needs. Even when I rip out this old carpet, I will still have them come out for the hardwood, tile, grout, etc. Working with them was truly a great experience. Thanks Ed! :-)

  We had some pet damage (stains, rips, missing chunks), and Dallas Carpet Repair guys did a marvelous jobs of getting it all fixed. Joseph and Alex spent extra time and effort making sure it was done right. We love our like-new carpets, and we can't even tell where the damaged pieces used to be. Marvelous job, 5 stars!

  When I called to make an appointment, the owner of the company answered the phone. He was energetic and clearly engaged in his business operations. I scheduled a time and received a confirmation email which also included a note of appreciation for our business, the name and photo of The technician who would be providing out service, and a link to their reviews. The day of, our technician, Joseph Herrera, was promptly on time. His crew cleaned our carpets beautifully and in record time. They were going to clean our tile in our kitchen, but when he saw that it was polished marble, he was concerned that their equipment might damage the stone. Instead of walking away, he called another company they recommend for stone and marble and initiated our appointment.
  Excellent service at each step! Highly recommend!
