I did a 1:1 private session with Seun today. Usually I don't rush to leave a Yelp review but she is SO AMAZING! She was so detailed about everything and made me feel so comfortable. She is a great, professional instructor and I can't wait to do a session with her again! Even though it was my first time, thanks to her I was able to do it! I felt great afterwards - rejuvenated and alive! I highly recommend D&A Flying Yoga.

This place just opened up down the street from where I work and I have been addicted ever since! The instructor is very warm and encouraging while being extremely knowledgable about the human body and how certain movements and stretches effect different areas. The studio is beautiful and the environment is just overall very safe and welcoming. Flying Yoga has successfully replaced my after work happy hour habits! ;)

For my daughter's birthday, we wanted to try something different, so I booked a small group class on a Sunday afternoon with Seun.

... Seun was very precise on what to do during our first class. Many of us, including myself was horrified about the head down hanging move, I was NEVER able to do that in any situations. But with Seun, I was able to do that for the first time, surprisingly it felt great and I experienced very little dizziness.

... Aerial Yoga is much more challenging than we all expected, your body never feel the same way with any other workouts. You will feel lifted, lighter and happier.

The interior at the studio looks awesome and great staff, thumbs up!! Today was my first sessions of 1:1 private training, loved it! The instructor was so passionate about the Flying Yoga, I can't wait till the next class. I parked my car at Caffe Bene parking lot, they provided me with a free parking validation.
