I'm on my 4th week of my 6 week plan with Carol Lapin. She is full of information and insight. I'm going to miss seeing her at the end of 6 weeks. I learn something new every time I go and actually look forward to her homework. I would encourage any of you that wish to train your mind to eat healthier to see her. She has become my rock during my trek to eat healthier.

I have known Carol for over 15 years and have referred clients to her who I feel would benefit from her expertise, particularly in the areas of sports nutrition and overweight/obesity in children. She keeps abreast of the latest nutrition research and is able to communicate this information to clients in an easy-to-understand manner, empowering them to make changes to improve their health and decrease their risk of disease.
