My husband and I have been to this rental store many many times. Our past visits have always been frustrating from the lack of motivated employees and crowded atmosphere. However tonight we went and noticed a huge shift in employees helping all customers and not just hanging around chatting. Nina, the manager was working and really meant business all while being kind and helpful not only to the customers but with her employees. She really wiped that place into shape and it was finally a pleasant and quick experience.

Great fast service, and always kind and easy going. We have been going here since they were at their original location off Arapahoe in Boulder. They always offer a good service at a very fair price! Never rented from here, but they edge, wax, tune us up a couple times each season.

Did free hot waxes on board & skiis, when left another pair for tune up. Totally friendly, responsive & good workmanship.
