  This is much more than a gym. It is a community and family! There is not a better place to get personal fitness guidance at EVERY class. Our coaches sincerely care about every member and they take the time to make sure we are lifting properly and efficiently to avoid injury and maximize productivity! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment! It doesn’t matter your fitness level. Every movement can be scaled to your ability so that each person is comfortable coming in and getting started no matter where that may be! Come sweat with us!

  There are two locations. Canton and Athens. This place is the. Greatest box (gym) one can be a part of. The characters of the owners and the coaches are rare. They don't only coach you they work out with you...

  Competed in my first competition there today, and it was a wonderful experience! Very nice facility, friendly staff, and overall a great time! Thank you for such a great first experience!

  I was so impressed with this box after bringing my teams to the ETX Survivors Series comp. It was run so smoothly and fair. Probably the most fun comp we've been to! And I personally appreciated how accommodating they were to us pregnant mommies!! Great people! Great place!
