    This is my 3rd week going to Crossfit and I can already tell I'm getting stronger! The coaches and the people who attend classes are SO nice, and are always helping you out. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to workout with.

    This Crossfit gym is small, but still manages to give great classes. The main instructor is just awesome, he tries his best to get people involved and into fitness, offering beginner classes and scaling workouts down to any level.

    I love crossfit tyl! After you try your first free week trial you will be hooked!! One month down and already seeing alot of improvements. Great environment and people as well. Everyone is so invested in helping you reach your goals.

    I am starting my 6th week of CrossFit. After surviving the first two weeks, I am pleased. Coming in at a mere 442lbs, my clothes are fitting better, but more importantly, I am gaining mobility and getting stronger. Absolutely love the support of the members and appreciate the careful eye of Chris. He has been wonderful in challenging me, yet keeping me safe. I would recommend CrossFit TYL to anyone, no matter what shape they are in.
