Dawn was recommended to me by several elite runners (a description that does not fit me...) to help me achieve two goals: 1) get my body into shape to run faster/farther; 2) improve overall strength and fitness. She has totally outdone the high expectations set by her recommenders - Dawn is professional, incredibly knowledgeable (she was a nurse for 30 years), supportive and encouraging. She does a superb job of laying out a training plan, explaining in clear detail why we're doing what we're doing and what to expect, and guiding me to do the workouts correctly. She's terrific!

We dropped in to Crossfit Asheville for an awesome Saturday WOD. The staff is so welcoming and the community couldn’t have been more supportive and friendly! This will be my go to Crossfit when visiting Asheville!

Such a great place. I dropped in on a Saturday and they had a really well thought out partner WOD. The people were extremely polite and welcoming and the facility is nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
