Critter Evictor

Pest Control

Lee Pitluk, the owner of Critter Evictor, established the company after more than 25 years working in marketing. He was ready to move to a more tangible, proactive business where he could deliver a quick and effective solution to a real and often hazardous problem. Lee says that while pest control companies are the ones to call to eradicate insects, they might not be your first choice for rodents and other animals. “About 30 percent of our business comes from people who have already hired one company that didn’t do the job completely and didn’t provide a finished solution,” said Lee.

“Understanding the analytical brain of a rodent is much different than knowing about the simple act of survival displayed by an ant or a roach. Our methods work because we use proven tactics and strategies that get people out of the cycle of trapping,” Lee says. Lee treats his customers like family, providing excellent service and staying with the job throughout the 15-month warranty period or until the problem is gone.

He sums up his business this way: “If you have animals in the skeleton of your house (attic, walls, chimney), we use pheromones to run the animals and their offspring out, come back the next day to do the exclusion work and then ensure that nothing was locked in or left behind. Our philosophy is One and Done, so customers should not have to deal with the animal control problem once we have finished our work.” Read more

... I called them on a Sunday, Mother's Day, and really did not expect to get a call back until Monday. To my surprise, Mr. Lee Pitluk called me back at 10:30 on Mother's day. He came out to my house the following Monday morning, inspected the house, and right away found the areas where the critters were entering our house. He arranged for his technician to come the next day and start working on setting traps and installing a one-way exit door. My wife and I are very pleased with their service and professionalism. Lee and his technicians, Jeff and David, were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident that they would do what they promised. I strongly recommend them.

Critter Evictor is a good, honest company. Lee, the owner and his crew are respectable and courteous. They got rid of my persistent critters and they even came back months later to fill a hole that another contractor opened up and left behind unsealed. That’s good business and I’d be happy to hire Critter Evictor again to keep companies like Lee’s in business for years to come.

Critter Evictor came in and honestly saved our house. We had a situation with roof rats in our attic and we could NOT figure out where they were finding access points. ... Finally after hiring CE, they found the spot and closed it up. We heard the roof rats for a few more days, but they finally found their way to the traps and were gone. That was last November and all has been well since. The extended warranty was a big selling point for us. CE was happy to do several follow up visits to ensure that their work was holding. I would recommend this company to ANYONE with vermin in their residence. Don't attempt to have your bug guy take care of it. Go straight to the experts.

I want to thank Mr.Lee for coming out and checking out our home and attic for rodents. We saw a rat in our garage after a house became vacant next to us, and we didn't know where it went!
Lee offered a completely FREE honest home evaluation to meet us know that there was no trace of the rat or any other friends.
Thank you so much. We can breathe a sigh of relief!
I will refer anyone I know needing rodent services.

Had racoons and possible other animals in attic and under house. After calling other companies to remove animals with no warrenty and no fixing of access points, I hit on Critter Evictor. Patched all access points to include roof that I had tried to get three different roofing companies to fix he drove the animals out with pheromones. Returned a few days later to finish patching. Came on time, returned calls, always pleasant and did exactly has he said he would. Gave 15 month warrenty too.
