  1) Designers who create work based on their solid knowledge base. They display an unshakeable commitment to providing quality work while successfully delivering to deadlines.
  
  2) Creatives who value the benefit of personal relationships in developing successful business. They encourage and grow professional working patterns based on offering support and understanding to the client. They have the ability to listen to what is being asked by a client or colleague, while also understanding that true conversations are a two way street.
  
  With Ryan - you get both!
  I have had the pleasure of experiencing both areas of his work throughout the past year, and his help and support has been greatly appreciated and resulted in a positive effect on my work within the interactive team.

  I’ve had the opportunity to work on the same team as Ryan and I can truly say I’m a better designer for it. He is the type of person that makes any team he is part of stronger because of his creativity, knowledge, motivation, and great attitude.
  
  Whether he is working on a large campaign or a single email, his designs are not only creative but strategic as well. Ryan has a knack for capturing his client’s ideas and delivering a final product that surpasses their expectations. His unique ability to deliver beautiful designs combined with his knowledge of web development make him a rare find. His work is visually stunning and shows his amazing sense of aesthetics.

  Ryan was contracted at the last moment, in November 2010, to pick up the concept development, design and production of an entire company rebranding project that we had committed to roll out by January 1, 2011. This included revamped logo, new graphic schemes, actual brochures and collateral materials. The project had gone into free fall with a previous vendor and Ryan saved the day. He was the only vendor who promised to make the deadline - and he not only made it, but in fine style. We continue to use all his work as a part of our ongoing marketing effort. He would have gotten an award if we did that sort of thing.
