  We hired Craig Anderson to replace a broken water heater in our condo. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Rick is very personable. The company charged a very fair price for the work. We will definitely call them out again if we have another plumbing problem. Highly recommend.

  Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

  We called late on a Thursday (after closing hours) but their receptionist still picked up and spoke with me putting us on the schedule for Monday morning. (She tried to squeeze us in for Friday but when it became clear that wasn't going to happen she called us so we didn't have to wait around and we still had our Monday slot so we were happy.) Rick was punctual, friendly, thorough and took care of our plumbing problem in less than an hour and a half.

  As the owner of a reputable design /build firm here in Portland, we only work with the best trades and Craig Anderson Plumbing is certainly one of them. Craig always has a smile on his face, is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. His employees are respectful, hardworking and are true professionals--a pleasure to have on our projects. We look forward to many projects together in the future!
