Brett was a fantastic inspector! We are first-time homebuyers and know absolutely nothing about what to look for - Brett walked us through our new home to show us every little thing that was both good and bad, giving us a complete picture of the house. Most importantly, he explained it all in plain English. All in all, an excellent choice for a home inspector.

Brett is the most thorough person I have met. He did a great job inspecting my Duplex and finding all those hidden little projects. I have used other inspectors before but will certainly be using Brett again in the future. Nobody does the infrared and moisture stuff but him!

Brett is very professional and thorough. I am a first time home buyer and he was so nice and talked me through what he was doing. He took his time and did not rush, at all, through the inspection.
