Probably the best lunch deal that I have come across in midtown. Food is made fresh to order and is very affordable. 9 bucks gets you a wrap, gourmet side salad, drink (can or water) and a choice of jello, fruit, or a cookie. Fantastic deal, quick in and out.

Love this place!!! The food is good, the prices are awesome. My default lunch go to place --- salad (tuna or cob salad) always with free chips, cookies and jello. The price is reasonable. The staff are friendly. The daily raffle is exciting too - I've won free lunches several times.

The main reason I keep returning to this popular midtown lunch spot is because of the warm mini loaf of bread that is served with every salad. Freshly baked with a crispy outside and warm inside, I salivate just thinking about it. There's an assortment of salads and hot comfort food and cheap prices. I usually get the chicken avocado salad, with its generous portions of sliced avocado. You also get complimentary warm pita chips while waiting in line!

I tried Cowgirl Catering for the first time today, and I'm their new biggest fan. Went around 1pm and they took my order immediately - I certainly wasn't expecting how much food they gave me! So many different salads and sandwiches, I went with the Tuscan chicken flatbread with cobb salad and water included for 8.50. They even offered a side and a cookie, but I was already pretty laden with food, so took a pass. Can't wait to try all their salads!
