  Just dropped my bike off at Cove yesterday and was over the moon with the friendly service. I wanted to upgrade my drivetrain and was ready to buy a new derailleur. The man helping me advised me not to get a new derailleur, whereas the shop down the street had told me that I had to get a new one. Without me expressly stating that I was hoping to be cost conscious, he was very quick to advise me on how to save money throughout the process. He also told me that there was a long lineup of bikes to be repaired, but when I told him that I was riding very frequently these days he squeezed my repair in for before the end of the week. I phoned back today to ask whether I could also tack on a bash guard. The person answering the phone was extremely efficient, pleasant, and also took care to ensure that I would be comfortable with the cost. Everyone is clearly knowledgeable and they all seem to want to help the customers get out on the trails without dropping more money than they have to. It is clear that these guys are passionate about what they do and I imagine that any delays in service that others have experienced only stem from how popular this place seems to be. Keep up the good work!

  The boys at Cove took great care of me even thou I wasn't buying a 4 billion dollar bike . Got a great bike at a great price and nothing but smiles from the staff . Best bike shop experience of my life !
