  Called the guy asking for a specific maintenance task. He informed me that I shouldn't ask anyone to do that because it's a waste of my money. Told me how to do it myself in 3 minutes. That's integrity. When I need real work, I'm hiring this guy.

  Again I called and within 2 hours they were here in the middle of July. Brad came out and my a.c. had already started working again (I think my house is possessed) but he still checked everything and instead of lying and getting money when nothing could be found....he told me what it may be and was honest that nothing he could see for now. I know before too long I'll have to replace it and I will call them to do the work.

  Fantastic service. They came out promptly and refilled my AC's coolant without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Next time I have AC issues I know who to call.

  Very pleased with my experience with Courtesy A/C. Brad was in constant communication and went the extra mile to have a crew make our repairs that same day despite his full schedule and my last minute request. Had new American Standard equipment installed fast and at a very competitive price. Crews were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend these folks. They will be my "go to" guys for all my A/C work.

  Another company had told me I had a freon leak and needed an emergent AC replacement with a goodman unit for $6k. Called Tom and he said they could put in a higher quality unit for 4k. They came out, and told me that there was no freon leak, and after a quick solution, my original unit works great, no need for replacement. Saved thousands. Never even charged me a dime for their time. Tom and Brad are good honest people. Great prices. Will be calling them when my AC dies.
