His team have kept me informed of obligations and have been very quick to answer questions when I have them. they keep track of everything nicely and are always super quick to respond when i have questions or need problems solved.
they are very flexible about telling me numerous ways i *could* save money or lower taxes, but without pushing too hard when i vote that certain things aren't worth the time.

a lot of folks in my field don't bother with accountants, but the peace of mind has been such a relief... and more valuable than i had realized when it comes to doing things the legit way and being able to prove income clearly for bank loans and stuff.
